Today I would like to share with you how to make your very own felt, witch hat. This hat is small, measuring in at about 5" tall. You can easily adjust the size of the hat once you get the basics on how one is made. So lets begin.... Supplies Needed A witch hat template. You can draw out your own, or use mine here.
