Don’t get me wrong, I’m all about treating yourself but I do believe there are things that just shouldn’t be in our food :/ Making them at home is SO easy & honestly tastes so much better than store bought (they don’t have that artificial taste). Kirsten Kaminski on Instagram: "QUINOA CHOCOLATE CRUNCH BITES 🍫 • INGREDIENTS • (serves 15) 1/2 cup dry quinoa (soaked in water overnight) 180g dark chocolate (70-85%), melted 1/2 cup natural peanut butter 1/4 cup hemp seeds 1-2 Tbsp nuts of choice • METHOD • Drain and rinse the soaked quinoa. Let dry for a bit to remove access water, then add to a pan over low-medium heat. Mix every 20-30 seconds until all the water evaporates. Once the quinoa is dry, increase to medium heat so they start popping open. Stir continuously to avoid burning for 2-3 minutes until they’re all popped, then remove from heat.
