Glutes Exercises ✅
🍑GLUTE WORKOUT DUMBBELLS ONLY🍑 at home or at the gym 🤗🫶🏼 This workout, I want you to go HEAVY with the dumbbells and we’re going to hit 3 sets of reps in the 6-8 range. If you don’t have access to heavier dumbbells, you can bring the reps up to 8-15 if needed💪🏼🔥 If you’ve done my glute workouts before, you KNOW they’re highly effective. It’s all about form > ego lifting and movements that actually work (none of the junk lifting you don’t need).
