Let's start the recipe by adding 500 grams of pasta and completing with water in a pan. Then we will mix to ensure cooking then cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes. And it's a crowd favorite. Always every anytime I make this everyone loves it. Alright? So y'all can use whatever kind of mac and cheese you like best. Um this just happens to be my favorite kind but here's whatever you'd like y'all. Whatever you'd like. Alright. Still hot because I just I just made it. Alright and it's this kind right here. Love it. I think it's so good. Alright, next, right on top of this, we're going to take one packet of taco seasoning. Um if y'all want to use the mild kind, you can or if y'all want to use the the spicy kind, you can but I just like original. I think it has a good little zip and it's perfect. Alright, y'all. Next here, I have one pound of cooked ground beef right on in our bacon dish like so. I did spray the bottom with some olive oil spray, alright? Oh you know what else y'all? One of y'all told me to get avocado oil spray. I bought some but I haven't it yet. I'm excited to try it. Alright, one can of Rotel. I drained it mostly. There's a little bit of juice left. That's totally fine. Alright, y'all. At this point, we're just going to give this whole thing a nice little mix to incorporate all the ingredients. Y'all can see what we're doing here though, right? Simple. It's kind of like a taco mac and cheese using box mac and cheese. If y'all want to make mac and cheese from scratch, you can. Um but this is just like a quick and easy dinner so fast, so easy and you know y'all sometimes I I I cook ground beef in bulk and I put it in my freezer in my little pound Ziploc bags. So, for for nights that I'm busy and I want to make a meal like this, I can just pull it right on out of my freezer, alright? Alright, y'all. So, once it's mixed pretty good, don't have to be perfect. Y'all know it's all going to the same place. Um we have one more small step, alright? So, everything's cooked. Everything's already cooked. I could try it right now and I bet it would be good because it smells so good but y'all know what else this needs, right? Y'all know, y'all know what I'm about to do. We're going to put a nice layer of cheese on top. Alright, y'all. So again, if y'all just want to do this in a pot on the stove, you can. You just make your mac and cheese, put your ground beef and your rotel in and you're done. That's it but I I I love I love the bubbly cheesy crust on top so I'm just going to do it this way but it cooks super fast y'all really all you need to do is let everything melt together and we're going to put this in the oven at 3: 50 I don't know just about 15 minutes or so until the cheese melts alright y'all can use whatever kind of cheese you'd like I I was looking for some pepper jack in my fridge but I didn't have any so Colby Jack it is alright little bit of green onion on top so like I said 350, 20 minutes tops y'all are going to love this easy mac and cheese hack alright y'all Here we have our delicious taco mac and cheese. We just used box mac and cheese, ground beef, rotel taco seasoning, and more cheese on top. So y'all you really only have to put this in the oven for enough time for the cheese on top to melt, alright? So I'm going to serve myself some on my little plate here. Doesn't that look good y'all? I'm so excited. Alright, I'm going to put some on my plate. I want more. Y'all look at look at my serving. It's so big. Alright and I also like to put a little bit of sour cream right top of mine.
