As noted in T145952: Reduce password reset spam, "Some users with short and obvious usernames get very many unsolicited password reset emails." This is correct, my user name is Scott and I get loads.
They start with this:
Someone (probably you, from IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) requested a reset of your password...
"Probably you" has never been an accurate thing to say here, so it should be removed from the notification text. I'd suggest rephrasing the part in parentheses as just "(at IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)".
