Description

This message currently says: "Add direct unwatch/watch links to watchlist entries (JavaScript required for toggle functionality)".

It misleads users into thinking that the links are normal verbal links, and that they are added to the entries in the watchlist itself; they are neither.

It should say something like "Add direct unwatch/watch markers (×/+) to watched pages with changes (JavaScript required for toggle functionality)".
