Change "MediaWiki:Semiprotectedpagewarning" and "MediaWiki:Semiprotectedpagemovewarning"

Description

Currently, these messages say that the page is protected so that only registered users can edit/move it.

This is not accurate: New registered users cannot edit semi-protected pages, because the "editsemiprotected" right is required to edit them, and this right is only granted to autoconfirmed users (by default).
It means that only users that were created at least four days ago are allowed to edit semi-protected pages, not all registered users.

Therefore, I propose to modify these messages so that they say "autoconfirmed users" instead of "registered users".
