In order to switch wikitech we first need to figure out if it has any specific requirements for the JobQueue. The following questions need to be answered:

1. Does wikitech have any job types specific to it and not enabled on other wikis?
2. Does wikitech use the same job runners as the other production wikis? If not, we need a special LVS endpoint for those runners.
