Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Go to a revision that has been revision deleted, like https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:MobileDiff/1183869169 or one that has been suppressed, like https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:MobileDiff/1183641629
- Scroll down
What happens?:
Diff information is empty.
What should have happened instead?:
On desktop (not using MobileDiff), revision-deleted diffs should say "You cannot view this diff because one or both of the revisions have been removed from the public archives. Details can be found in the deletion log for this page."
Suppressed diffs should say "You cannot view this diff because one or both of the revisions have been suppressed."
Obviously, these are the non-administrator and non-Oversighter versions of what should show up, though I can confirm that the interface doesn't have the usual administrator information either (the above, plus "As an administrator, you can still view this diff if you wish to proceed.")
