Description

Once the RESTBase endpoints use a short TTL, we no longer need active purging for them. Pre-generation is no longer useful anyway, since we are not serving requests from data cached in cassandra anymore. The Pre-gen logic is only kept alive to support arcive purging and lin updates. Both become obsolete with the respective subtasks associated with this ticket..
