I will claim this for the sake of clarity. The Committee as a whole will be providing feedback, not just me.

- We set an updated deadline of August 20th for finishing the paper.
- We will send the paper and our plan for dissemination to ArbCom on August 20th or slightly after that. The three of us will be available to meet with ArbCom in October (1st?).
side-note: happy to meet with ArbCom folks who will be in Wikimania in a couple of weeks as well. Just let me know if you'd like to meet.

Thanks for looking into this.
Can you expand what you mean by the "faux mobile site on desktop" ?
I'm referring to when you access the mobile skin from a desktop, such as through the "Mobile view" link at the bottom of the page or by adding an "m" to the URL.
Are you testing on a mobile device or a desktop device? If so, what screen resolution are you using?
I did testing on both mobile and desktop: Firefox on mobile and desktop, Chrome on mobile, and Opera on mobile. For screen resolution, I assume you're asking about my desktop, which is 1920×1080.
Sometimes does not occur on first try, but going to (one or two) more shortcuts causes the issue to recur
Is there any chance you could describe the links you are clicking? Or does refreshing the page / re-entering the URL in the address bar work?
They are links like the ones provided in the "steps to replicate" section. When I say "shortcut", I mean it in the sense of an abbreviated redirect, like how WP:MOPFIGHT redirects to the administrators policy.

Maybe I've misunderstood this task, but I can't think of a situation where this would be useful for *all* usernames: English Wikipedia oversighters can suppressdelete pages and that seems sufficient. If protection is needed in tandem with suppression, usually only the last couple of editors need their usernames to be suppressed. If all of the usernames are suppressed on a page, wouldn't that cause issues with attribution?

Thanks for setting this up, @Jdlrobson. I saw this change slowly creep over the wikis, seeing it first on Meta then seeing it on the English Wikipedia a day later (in retrospect, I should've said something once I saw it on Meta, but what's past is past).
Follow-up on what I said at VPT: was the indentation increase intentional with the previous task?

@leila: The Committee is in favour of two rounds of feedback. Thank you for your work on this.
