Enjoy Xx Ingredients: 2 cups of cold water 2/3 cup chia seeds 1/2 cup cacao or cocoa powder 1/3 cup maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla essence 1/2 tsp salt Method: 1. Place all ingredients into a blender then blend until really smooth 2. Place in an air tight container and place in the fridge for at least a few hours (ideally overnight) 3. Once chilled, it’s ready to eat. Serve into small bowls with your fave toppings. 4. Store in the fridge for up to 4-5 days #healthyrecipes #chiapudding"

If you would like to toast your bagel, I would encourage you to toast it flat in the oven, not standing upright in a toaster oven as they are fragile. 🔹1 cup cacao powder
🔹1/2 cup coconut oil
🔹1 cup medjool dates
🔹1/2 cup maple syrup
🔹2 flax eggs (2 tbsp flax seeds soaked in 6 tbsp water and left for 10 minutes to thicken)
🔹1/2 cup ground almonds
🔹1/2 cup cashew butter 🔹3/4 cup water Optional: 1/2 cup walnuts 
▫️Start by preheating your oven to 175C, then pop all the ingredients except the walnuts into a food processor and blend for a couple of minutes until a smooth and sticky batter forms. ▫️Crumble the walnuts into the bowl and stir in, then spoon the batter into a lined baking tin or mould and press down with a spoon to make sure it’s all nice and even.
▫️Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes, then leave for another half an hour to cool (as the brownies will continue to cook after they are taken out the oven). Then, when the waiting is finally over, cut into squares and enjoy!
