Let's go. So, I'm feeding a family of four here. So, I got four packs of these cherry tomatoes. We're just going to cut em in half like so, okay? Now that you have all the tomatoes cut in half, okay? You're going to grab as much garlic as your heart desires. We are garlic lovers, okay? Keep in mind, I'm putting this inside of four packages of this sauce, okay? Once you get them all out of their casings, you're just going to mush em, right? That's you have to do just break em up okay from here you're going to take a little bit of EVOO you're going to put that in there okay we're going to take our tomatoes and we're going to take our garlic. We're going to put it in there and we're going to cook these bad boys until they're soft. I mean like softy soft. Now I do like to add crushed pepper and parsley in the mine. Okay so go ahead and get that in there. Season it however you want. Once it's all soft we'll put it in the blender. I wish I could describe the smell that is coming off of this right now. This alone would just be fire. And just like my butt, these tomatoes are soft and wrinkly. It's time to pull em off. Let's get em in the blender. Alright, let's go ahead and take this. Start loading that blender up. Once you've got everything in the blender ready to go I like to take I'm going to mispronounce this so I don't need you in my gosh damn comments talking about I get it we're going to try it burrata cheese it's the cheese in the water I got it from Aldi don't be bad mouthing Aldi they **** rock okay again I'm feeding four people we're going to go ahead and take this look at that We're going to put both of these in there. Okay. Because it doubled up. Mmm blend me daddy. We're going to go and do the finger test. They're clean, okay? Yes. Now, let's cook some meatballs in it. Okay, got the meatballs inside of the sauce. We're going to cover this up. We're going to let em simmer until they're done. I don't know how long it's going to take. I'll let you know. Okay. So, these have been going for about 45 minutes, something like that. I'd say they're just about done. I also added about a half a cup of heavy whipping cream inside of this, right? So, go ahead and do that. This is what you're left with. Enjoy. Okay. So, quick edit. Uh I was actually editing the video while I was eating and This shit's heat. It's so **** good. Make it. Chilli beef folded in a wrap with crispy tortilla chips, melted cheese, a chive sauce and then brushed with garlic butter for an absolute banging quick and easy dinner 🤤 Hit SAVE and let me know if you recreate it 📌💭 Ingredients (serves 2): 2 flour tortilla wraps  50g grated mozzarella  2 ladles of leftover chilli (I pasted my chilli recipe 19th June!) 20g tortilla chips - I used chilli heatwave  5g light butter  Tsp chopped garlic  A sprig of parsley chopped  Chive sauce (could sub with sour cream and chive shop brought)  60g fat free greek yoghurt ¼ tsp garlic granules  ¼ tsp onion granules  Tsp dried chive  Tsp distilled vinegar  💗Start by making up the chive sauce and set to one side.  💗Next, slice the wrap half way down the center. In one quadrant, add the cheese, then the chilli beef, the tortilla chips, followed by the chive sauce.  💗Fold carefully before transferring to a pan. Keep on one side for a minute and half before flipping for a further minute and half.  💗Whilst the wrap cooks, in a bowl melt the butter and chopped garlic in a microwave.
