Migraine Relief & Info

I have been a migraine sufferer since I was 3. I always thought I was just "sickly" or "a nervous person" and that I had "sinus headaches" and "low blood sugar". I was diagnosed in 2003 and I have educated myself ever since...My triggers: lack of sleep & barometric pressure changes are the top two. Thankfully, I am not diagnosed a chronic sufferer, and now I know how to help myself when the symptoms arise.
