Beaded copper etched gemstone necklace with an earthy mix of Hubei Turquoise. This cool Metal Smithing method dates back over 500 years and is by far one of my favorites! Etching copper gives you some very rewarding results and adds dimension to your metal! In acid etching, the design areas are created with a special kind of ink that will "resist" the acid without deteriorating during the etching process.
