My sister's garden

I recommend she eliminate the lawn in the front yard by method of sheet mulching and convert to drought tolerant plants. In the front yard she wants a bouganvilla. In the backyard I recommend the mirror plant a super fast growing shrub for privacy. In the corner by the pool I would like to go super tropical with palms and tropical plants like the bird of paradise and a banana palm.
