Muesli bar
200g unsalted butter
3/4 - 1 cup honey 
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 cups rolled oats
1 cup rice bubbles
100g choc chips

In a microwave safe bowl, add in your butter, honey and brown sugar. Pop in the microwave for three minutes for the butter to melt and a mixture to start bubbling. Remove it from the microwave and add your oats and rice bubbles, give it a stir until everything is evenly combined. Pour your mixture into a lined baking tray, spread out evenly and press down firmly. Chill your bar for 2 to 3 hours or until it has firmed up. Then remove from the tray and slice into muesli bar Rice Bubbles, Sugar Pop, Muesli Bars, Butter Honey, Chewy Chocolate Chip, Baking Tray, Be Real, Rolled Oats, Chocolate Chips
