Chicken Pot Pie for 2
1-1 ½ cup (depending on size of ramekins) cubed or shredded chicken, I used rotisserie
1/2 cup @Heinz Herbes de Provence Gravy, or more if you prefer a saucier filling
1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
Pie dough or puff pastry, about 4-6 inches in diameter each, depending on ramekins
1 egg, beaten
Preheat oven to 400°F. In a bowl, mix shredded rotisserie chicken, frozen corn and peas. Stir in @Heinz Herbes de Provence Gravy until everything is well coated. Divide the filling evenly between the two ramekins. INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 
→In a small sauce pan over medium high heat, melt the butter. 
→Chop & saute the celery, onion, and carrot for 3-5 minutes. →Sprinkle the flour onto the mixture and stir until combined. →Slowly add in the chicken stock, stirring in between each addition to allow the mixture to thicken up. 
→Once all the broth is gone, bring to a boil and add the chopped turkey.
