ch(s) - chain(s)
dc - double crochet
hdc - half double crochet
sc - single crochet
sp - space
st(s) - stitch(es)
tch - turning chain

✅️Chain a multiple of 3 plus 2.

✅️Row 1: [sc, ch2, sc] into the 3rd ch from the hook, *skip 2 chs, [sc, ch2, sc] into the next ch, repeat from * until 2 chs are left, skip one ch, sc into the last ch.

✅️Row 2: ch3 (counts as dc), turn, 3dc into every ch2 space from row below, skip last sc, dc into the tch (hdc starting with R4).

Row 1: Ch as described above, sc in the 3rd ch from the hook, *skip the next ch, 2 sc in the next ch; repeat from * until 2 ch remain, skip the next ch, sc in the last ch, turn.
