Applying the glaze with a brush is not the most exquisite process but oh well- here it is 😄 the middle I poured with white glaze to make more even coating, then brushed the outside with white glaze (it will look rustic and you will see the brush pattern) and the inside edge is with the beautiful crater lava glaze. I am hoping to make a shop update next week after I gather some more work in another glaze firing this weekend. Follow me to see and learn how it’s done.✨🌸 . . 👉🏼For the glaze, I used (as always) @botzglazes brush-on glazes, as they do not emit toxic fine dust and can therefore be used at home without worry. . 👉🏼I glazed this plate half with 9891 green granite and half with 9301 opal white, applying the glazes overlapping each other.
