Dough: (1 medium) • -250g 00 Flour @mulinocaputo • -170 Water 68% • -25gr sourdough starter • -10gr olive oil • -1/4 teaspoon of dry garlic -4gr Salt Process: • -Mix all ingredients until a rough mass is formed and rest 35min, then knead until you reach a smooth surface. Bruschetta Garlic Bread 📝 Recipe for 1 serving Ingredients: Dough: 180 g flour 110 ml water 1/2 tsp dry yeast 1/2 tsp salt Topping: Vegan butter for frying 2 garlic cloves, pressed Basil, chopped Some vegan parmesan 10 cherry tomatoes, diced 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped 2 tbsp balsamic cream Salt Toppings: Vegan cream cheese Arugula Balsamic cream Preparation: 1. Knead all the ingredients for the dough with a mixer to form a smooth dough, leave to rest at room temperature for 1 hour or longer 2. Mix the cherry tomatoes, parsley, salt and balsamic cream 3. Sauté the garlic and basil in vegan butter 4. Shape the dough into a pizza, top with garlic-basil butter and parmesan, then place in the oven for 4 minutes Pizza oven 5.
