A fellow introvert said that I inspired her to be more bold and audacious. I loved it. You don’t have to have a specific personality to start your Year of Audacity in the Name of Good, just start, follow your curiosity, and have fun. It’s a commitment to yourself, nobody else.
Lately, I've been getting a lot of compliments on how I'm glowing. While I can accredit to my nutrition and skincare routine - shoutout to brands like Feliz Faces, Mahaba Skincare, and Black Girl Sunscreen - a lot of it has to do with the amount of self development, self-care, and spiritual work I've done over the last year. In other words, my glow shows my inner growth!
The best thing to do when wanting to embrace your Crown chakra is to have faith in your intuition. Yes, have believe in your gut! And, if you're self-aware, you'll notice the difference between your fear talking you out of something because it's uncomfortable versus because it's dangerous to your physical health.
