For my husband's 40th birthday I mounted pictures from his life onto black cardstock, hole punched them, and tied them to silver strings. Then I had the balloons filled with Helium and attached the balloons to my strings and pictures. We put 5 or so balloons in each corner of the house downstairs (30 altogether). Everyone loved looking at the pictures, they were great conversation starters, and they also were great decorations!
