Simple Berry Treat For Your Love! | Simple Berry Treat For Your Love! Celebrate Valentine's Day with these easy berry tartlets. #dessert #berries #lemon #easyrecipes | By Scott & Karen | We have never used these so I'm super excited about this dessert. Here's what they look like coming out of the freezer. And we are just going to line these on this baking sheet. Okay. Our oven is preheated on three fifty. And we are just going to stick them in just for about three to five minutes just to crisp them up a little bit more. Alrighty, let's take these little guys out of here. They look the same. They do. That's okay. But the texture changed, right? Exactly. A little more brown which is fine. Mhm. And we are going to let these fully completely cool before we fill them with something special. Now we'll set these aside for a little bit. Next we are going to work with some frozen raspberries. This is two thirds of a cup thawed and drained. To that, we are going to add some powdered sugar, just one teaspoon. That looks very valentineish. It is. It does. We're going to just take a fork and start mashing. Alrighty. We are done mashing. We're going to set that aside. Grab a small bowl and some cream cheese. Mm. This is four ounces of cream cheese. And to that, we are adding some lemon curd. Now, we haven't used that in a while. It's been a while. Two tablespoons. Ooh that's going to add some good flavor. Yes it will. I can smell it. Yeah. Mm mm. That's great. Yup. Let's get those drops in there. And we're starting to combine. Alrighty, that looks pretty good. It does. So, we eventually are going to put this into a piping bag but before we do that, I'm going to set it aside. Grab our little tartlets. And you heated that up a little bit. Oh, yes. Yes. I did have to soften that cream cheese. Yeah. That's okay. Take our raspberry mixture and a spoon. I better set this down and we're going to start filling. Ooh, it's getting good already. It is. Alright, as you can see, we ran out of raspberry filling. Yes, we probably filled them a bit much but you'll see why in a second. So, easy fix. We'll just throw more raspberries, add a little more powdered sugar and make another little batch. Perfect. In the meantime, we have our cream cheese and lemon curd and I'm just going to pipe a little topping right on top. Mmm Happy Valentine. That's awesome. And now you see why we filled them. Cuz we do want to see the red of the raspberries in there. Yeah. Perfect. And if you don't have a piping bag we got ours at Walmart. Super inexpensive. And it's not the best but it does a good job. It sure does. Great. I'll let you finish all of that. Okay. Alright. I mean look at these. These are looking so good. It's kind of hard to see the the cream cheese on there because it's so white. Oh yeah. Look. That's great. Yeah. And then if you really want to get fancy. Mhm. You could add some like maybe a fresh raspberry on top of it or something. Oh okay. Now we have some. Mhm. I'm not going to do that because look how these are. I mean they're they're massive. They are. It would literally cover the entire thing. Mhm. So I mean we could just kind of cut a piece off. Um which would be kind of nice if it would add a little bit more decorative look to it. Um but I think these are going to be good. Yeah they're great. So I'll go ahead and try one. Alright. Uh Obviously, there's no good way to eat this. Just go for it. Other than just shoving the whole thing in my mouth which I can certainly do and I have no problem with it. Okay, go for it. I'm apologize now for doing it but that's the only way to kind of get all the flavors without being an absolute mess, right? I agree. Alright. I agree. Let's try it. Well, and they're smallish. And my mouth isn't. So, I'm good. Sounds like the crisping them in the oven worked. Oh my. Ooh. I really love the combination of lemon. Mm okay. And the raspberries. Okay. I don't think you would. Really? I like well I like lemon more. Not chocolate mixed in I guess. Oh yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. You don't like the mix of two. No. Fruit and chocolate. Absolutely not. Um yeah boy those raspberries are good. Okay. For sure. Um yeah they have a great taste to them. My gosh. And and it's a it's just a fun little quick yeah. Um dessert. I mean other than putting these in in the oven to get them crispy. There was wasn't even any baking involved which was great. That's right. But boy that taste of the raspberries and lemon. Good combination. Alright. Here they are easy lemon berry tartlets. Happy Valentine's Day. We highly recommend these for your Valentine treats. And here is the recipe. Y'all have a blessed day.

So I have a habit of not always measuring or paying attention when im making things (sometimes my adhd just takes over ok lol) but for anyone that wants to make these here’s a rough guesstimate of how I made them. Cherry cheesecake heart danishes - thawed puff pastry - 4oz cream cheese - Spoonful of sugar - splash almond extract - Cherry pie filling - egg wash Preheat oven to 400 degrees f. Roll out thawed puff pastry and use a cookie cutter to make desired shapes. I chose hearts. Poke centers of puff pastry with a fork to prevent them from puffing while baking. Brush the edges with egg wash. In a bowl mix cream cheese with sugar and extract then add a spoonful of the cream cheese (or pipe it) into the center of the hearts. Bake until golden brown, about 15 min? Add a spoonful of the cherry filling on top. Let cool. #cozyvibes #cottagecoreaesthetic #valentines #baking | Fall state of mind 🎃👻
