Seven Strong Softball on Instagram: "Everything we do at Seven Strong is based off the individual pitcher’s problems, weaknesses and strengths. Some lessons we work on making their strengths even more obvious. Other lessons we focus on bettering their weaknesses. We assess their bodies and limitations in order to suggest the right mechanics for each pitcher. No pitcher will pitch with the same internal rotation as another. There are varying degrees of rotational/linear/closed/overbearing mechanics that truly work for everyone.
