Prabha Mekala on Instagram: "Beetroot Rajma Pinwheels for kids 📋Ingredients: 1 Cup boiled rajma(soaked overnight) 1 Medium Boiled Sweet potato 3 TBsp Besan Chopped Coriander leaves Chopped mint leaves Spice mix: -Coriander powder -Jeera powder -Pepper -Turmeric -cinnamon powder -red chilli powder (15-18 months+) -salt(12 months+) 👨🏻‍🍳 Method 1. In a bowl add boiled rajma sweet potato and mash using fork 2. Add besan, chopped coriander & mint leaves followed by salt and spice mix and combine well 3. Add boiled rajma water if the mixture is dry 4. Roll a plain chapathi or flavoured with beetroot/pumpkin/carrot puree 5. Add rajma mix on a chapathi and spread evenly 6. Now roll a paratha and divide into 2 inch mini slices 7. Heat a tawa and Add ghee/oil 8. Fry all the pinwheels(mi
