I recreated my Dadi’s Methi na Dhebra today, and it felt like a trip back to her kitchen! Ingredients: - ½ cup Dahi - ¼ cup Jaggery chopped or powder - 2 cups Methi freshly chopped - 1 tsp Haldi - 2 tsp Ginger Green Chilli Paste - 1 tsp Green Garlic Paste - 1 tsp Ajwain - 2 tsp Sesame - ¼ tsp Hing - 3 tbsp Ghee - Salt to taste - 1 cup Bajra Flour - ¼ Cup Wheat Flour - Water as needed - Sesame seeds for sprinkling - Ghee for cooking
