Beautiful. I'm going to use a second box. So, I have two boxes total of Angel Food Cake. There we go. Cover the entire layer of fruit with our cake mix. Perfect and we want really nice fluffy cake there. 7 up. Just pouring it right on top of our cake mix there and because we have two boxes of cake mix, we need two cans of soda. You can use Sprite if you'd like or you can use Diet 7 Up, whatever you prefer. I'm just using original. That's going to make the cake mix nice and fluffy. Gonna give it a little mix there. There we are. So, we're not using any butter. We're not using any oil. This is just a great way to make your cake mix. It's easy. It's quick. It's delicious. It's going to add great flavor to the fruit and it's going to make it so fluffy and delightful. Alright, let's take a look at our layers. We have all the fruit and the cake mix. Oh my gosh. Look at all that fruit on the bottom. That looks amazing. Wow. Okay, so our oven is set at 350 degrees. So, this was in the oven about an hour. I did give it a little bit of a stir about halfway through just to make sure that all of the cake batter was getting mixed up. Topping it with some powdered sugar. You can totally omit this part if you don't want any additional sugar but I really like a little bit of powdered sugar on mine. Beautiful. Gorgeous. That cake is so pretty. Alright, let's cut into it. We've got all that different kind of fruit underneath. Wow, this is so fluffy. This cake is cooked perfectly. Look at that. Look how fluffy that cake is. That is amazing. Wow. So steamy, so delicious, and so fluffy. Little more of that fruit there. Yummy. Take a bite of this. Wow. I'm very impressed by this. Beautiful fluffy cake. Oh well done. Mhm.
