Holiday Wreath Pizza
- 1 pizza dough - 1 cup pizza sauce - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved - Fresh basil leaves for garnish - Olive oil for drizzling - Italian seasoning (optional) - Salt and pepper to taste 1. oven to 475°F 2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to form a large circle. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet 3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust. 4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. 5. Arrange the halved mozzarella balls and cherry tomatoes around the edges of the pizza, creating a wreath shape. 6. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning if desired. 7. Bake for 12-15 mins garnish

Ina Garten Cranberry Brei Bites
Ingredients: 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed 8 oz (225g) Brie cheese, cut into small cubes 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought) Fresh rosemary leaves for garnish (optional) Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut the pastry into squares or circles using a cookie cutter or knife. Place the pastry squares on the prepared baking sheet. Place a cube of Brie cheese in the center of each pastry square. Top each Brie cube with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce. Fold the corners of the pastry squares over brei filling. Brush with beaten egg. Bake 14 to 18 min. Allow to cool slightly.
