Italian dress with pizzazz

Stefanel is an Italian designer. Great dress that I believe is cotton and Lycra, but there is not a tag to verify. Bodycon style. Says size 8 - but fits a 4 bust= 16.5” Waist = 14.5 Hips= 17.5” Length from shoulder 37.5” All measurement taken not stretched.
