After saving his rival's life in a mine flood, Jock goes to Canada and joins the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. There he makes the acquaintance of Lenore De Marney, whose father is a reputed fur smuggler. Meanwhile, Arthur embezzles funds, leaves his wife, and arrives in Canada, where he plots to rob Lenore's father. Jock intervenes, and although her father is killed in the ensuing gun-play, Lenore aids the Mountie in capturing Arthur. Jock's admiration turns to love, and Lenore consents to marry him.
