During a concert, he has a seizure and is admitted to the hospital. Efe had a traffic accident when he was a child which caused him to acquire a musical gift. The new patient, Efe, attracts Hekimoglu's attention immediately. The case which seems pretty simple gets more and more complicated with Hekimoglu's interference. Zeynep finds a plane ticket and learns that Hekimoglu is going to go to Ankara. Zeynep, who is obsessed with finding out the reason for this extraordinary trip, drags Emre into this as well. Even though they suspect that Hekimoglu applied for another job, they begin to realize there is something more serious than they thought with Ipek and Orhan's efforts.
