A little later Ludivine speak with her mother Béa about the financial situation of the family-a disaster-.The son Auguste and his friend Sébastien arrive at the castle and so they can begin the supper-canard confit cuit dans sa graisse- , later Darren has to taste the local cheese.At the moment of the toast Ademar is happy about the return of his daughter and Darren announces that he will marry Ludivine.Ademar is shocked and his daughter will never marry an Englishman and he will not go the wedding.Ludivine is quite sad, because her dream was to celebrate her wedding in the castle of the family and asks to Darren to make all the efforts to become the friend of her father.
