However it is a fictional film, not based on the incident directly. Sanghaar addresses another important problem in India. It throws light on how some evil Communist, Maoist, Naxalite and Leftist leaders use a divide an rule policy - by brainwashing those living in backward areas and those coming from underprivileged sections of society - against the majority and people in power.
