She came from a humble background and worked her way up to the top of her industry. Although she often speaks about her dreams of marrying a rich man, she has become a success in her own right. She is fabulously stylish and always well-dressed. And those around her think she is as stunning as a princess. Her prince charming is Shan Liang (Alan Yu), whom she has known since childhood. He is also a self-made man: He founded a dating app that went on to become a huge success - and is now a wealthy businessman. When they decide to marry, Wen Yi expects the wedding and subsequent marriage to be a bed of roses. But it proves to be anything but.
