Mr. Hinojosa's work has been compared with that of William Faulkner, and Tomas Rivera. He has won several literary prices such as 'Quinto Sol', and he was the first Mexican American writer to win 'El Premio Casa de las Americas', one of the most important literary prices in Hispanic Literature. HINOJOSA portrays the literary spirit of Mr. Hinojosa's work and his relationship with it.
