Today, we celebrate Ayrton Senna, the greatest driver to enter the leaderboards and the cast section of the sport. From the groundbreaking roads, to the circuit, a grandiose city, the history continues. The Grand Prix showed promise from many drivers in practice and quali, all of which gave hard work and good achievements, a surprise for many but, one driver will be very unlucky, Verstappen. Landing in the deep mess and only managing to get a mere sixth position in the race. What does Monaco hold in recent times? Ah yes, Charles Leclerc and his curse, more importantly, his famous and heartbreaking crash, landing the famous i am stupid line. Today, is the day that Charles can break it, landing a pole in quali and fighting the position from beginning to end, with anxiety coursing through his veins, his eyes, his mind and especially, the circuit, this is the moment he has waited for. And in a sheer tear, he does it. Finally, after misfortune, Charles wins his hometown and shows Italy that he is worthy of the F1 and Ferrari brand. Apart from this story, the race is unfortunately, a mess. After a massive crash breaking Perez's car in multiple pieces and making the two Haas drivers quit the race, the race became a very messy and not at all fun grand prix. As Monaco is usually a grand event, it does what it needs to do in history but in the race term, it messes up badly. Though this Grand Prix showed too much promise like Imola, it proves that Ferrari is on the right track and McLaren is just as ready to fight Verstappen and obtain more points. Our next landing spot is Canada, an event that will hopefully improve from this mess. Written by
