The cartoon, which was produced by All Scope Pictures and contracted out to Harman and Ising Cartoons, cleverly uses the theme of Hollywood moviemaking to demonstrate the life and exploit the health benefits of a Prune. The film also features a rare caricature appearance of notable radio commentator John Nesbit, who narrates the film.
