The rest of this little refried beans. Y'all I found me Taco Bell refried beans. I was so excited. And then I thought for a second. Wait a minute. I don't think anything I get from the Taco Bell has refried beans. So I guess marketing worked for this. Right on top of all these beans. One can. We're doing a little bag of biscuit biscuit mix. And we're going the whole thing in there and I filled my can up about halfway with just some water and we're going to pour that in here too and we're going to mix it all up together to create just a perfect dough right here in this little bacon dish, okay? Look at that y'all. It is perfect. This is what we're going to want it to look like. It looks like just a giant dish of refried beans. Okay alright got here about a pound and a half of meat ground beef with a little bit of taco seasoning and I'm going to throw in some Taco Bell hot sauce just a nice little you know you know what we're going to use the rest of this that's okay and I'm going to get my dirty old spatula and we're going to mix this up right here together before we layer it right on top those bake or baked beans, those refried beans. Excuse me. Okay. Get this right here. Get a little nice scoop right there. Scoopy scoop scoop. And y'all right here is kind of when you get to kind of you know do as you like. So as you can see I'm not adding any vegetables or anything else. It's just going to be you know some meat and bean burrito bake thing. But if you want to corn, maybe some peas or green beans. I would do that right here, okay y'all? But this is almost done. I'm throwing on top some cheddar jack cheese and we're going to get this all over. The whole thing. You know what? We're just going to use the whole bag. Look at that. And y'all this dish is going to be so perfect. Get us a shade of foil. We're going to tighten it up. And now, we're going to stick this in the oven. It's set at three seventy-five. It'll be in there about twenty-five, 30 minutes and then, we'll be able to cut us up a nice slice of burrito baked pie. Alright, y'all. It has been in for about thirty, 35 minutes actually and y'all we're going to take us off. Look at that. Oh, we got some stuff on there. So, if you want to use a bigger pan, you might want to do that but y'all at this. I am ready. You ready for a little burrito bake action. I know I am. Alright, get a nice little scoop. Look at that crust y'all to add a little bit of the easy squeezy. Sour creamy. Right. Little little dollop and then we're going to get a nice little bite. Make sure we get some of that refried bean crust y'all. Alright, let's see what this burrito bake is all about. Y'all. You don't need Taco Bell no more. Mmm.

1.9M views · 7.4K reactions | Delicious Mexican Style Lasagna 🥵 video by Kyle Istook | By Foodie's Time | We're going to start by pouring about a fourth of a cup of red enchilada sauce in the bottom of our greased casserole dish. We're going to grab our little silicone brush here and just brush that around. We're going to grab four flour tortillas and just place them on the bottom here overlapping. You can use corn if you like. I'm just a big flour tortilla lover and we have one cut in half. We're just going to place that right here to overlap. Now, we're going to grab our taco meat mixture. This is two pounds of ground beef with a little bit of garlic and sauteed onions. We're going to add one can of Rotel right on top. We're going to add one can of drained black beans on top of that. We're going to hit it with about a fourth of a cup of these diced green chilies from New Mexico. Really really delicious flavor there and we're going to pour the remainder of our enchilada sauce right over the top. Now, we're going to throw this back on the heat and we're going to saute this for about five minutes to make sure all those flavors get mixed up. After about 5 minutes, your meaty mixture is done. We're going to put about a third of this on top of our tortillas here. We're just spoon it right on top we're going to spread this out into a nice layer here we have about four cups of cheddar jack cheese here we're going to put about a cup on top here and we're going to layer this bad boy this is a Mexican lasagna or you can call it taco lasagna whatever you want perfect for taco night perfect for any night of the week to layer this tortillas down we're going to go with another third of that meaty mixture just spoon it right on top this is very hardy you can do this with one pound of ground beef ground turkey whatever you want I'm using two today because I want this thing to be extra meaty we're going to go with about another cup cup and a half of this shredded cheese then I'm going to add a little bit of queso fresco to this layer beautiful delicious cheese just sprinkle it right on top now we're going to go with another layer of you guessed it flour tortillas we're going to put the final bit of our meat we're going to do three total layers tortillas meat cheese all the good stuff now I a little bit of heat and I like to add jalapenos for garnish. The cool thing about these is if you don't like jalapenos, you can just slide them to the side, pick em off, whatever. We're going to do a nice layer. Our oven is preheated to 350 degrees. We're going to cover this, bake for about thirty, 35 minutes til that cheese is bubbling and last 5 minutes. We're going to take the foil off. Alright, our Mexican lasagna is done. We baked ours for about 30 minutes. Took the foil off and put it on broil for the last five minutes to get that nice golden crust. My wife loves the corner edge pieces so I'm going to cut myself a piece right out of the center. I'm using a knife to make sure I cut through all of those layers and wait til you see this you guys. We're going to scoop ourselves out a portion and look at those beautiful lasagna layers, tortilla, meat, cheese. Just going to slide it on to our plate here and we're going to top ours with a little bit of sour cream and fresh chopped cilantro. Look at that you guys. Let's try a bite. That is absolutely delicious.

832K views · 16K reactions | Our new favorite party platter | Our new favorite party platter I put my own spin on a viral recipe that our friends and family love! Back by popular demand, and you should definitely... | By Rae in the Life | With a large mixing bowl. Get some pulled chicken. Okay? This is a shredded pulled chicken that I got at the grocery store. Okay this is premade a rotisserie chicken rotisserie chicken. Um and just want to dump those right in there okay? So this is two pounds total. Right in your mixing bowl. Next you're going to grab some Rotel. This is just the original Rotel. They have mild. They've got spicy and hot. But I wanted to use the original for this particular recipe today. This is a great one for parties. With the Rotel you have to use cheese okay so I went ahead and shredded some Colby Jack cheese okay and I actually shredded and blended this because I left a little blade in my food processor but I think this is going to work out even better Next I have my three pound tub of daisy sour cream. Alright. Now I'm just going to grab my little scooper and take two big scoops. So this should equate to about a cup. Maybe a little bit less of sour cream right in there with our two pounds of meat. Then super easy. Just add some taco seasoning. Okay? So this is the less sodium but whatever taco seasoning you want to use is fine. Okay. Now we're just going to combine all of our ingredients. I can't wait to share share with you how we're going to put this together. It's so cute. So that is mixed. And we can go ahead and set this aside. We're going to bring in one of our tortilla triangles, okay? So, just set your tortilla triangle and you're going to put one little scoop right on there, okay? Just that. Okay and then, we're going to actually go a little different than we would normally. We're going to roll this guy into a little cone. Okay? And we're just going to work our way through our tortillas one at a time. Yummy. Look at that. So tasty. Okay. Here I have a parchment paper lined pizza pan. Right? We're just going to set this guy up for our little rolls. They're so cute. Okay. So just place these rolls one at a time all the way around in a circle. It's our first layer down. Grab some shredded cheddar cheese. Just do a nice little layer across. Little more cheese. Alright? Take this and put it right into the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Make sure you take your marker out. Would you look at this? It's like a blooming quesadilla. Alright so just take your glass and put it right back in the center. I like to use some salsa. This is mild so everybody will enjoy it. But you know. Most people like to say salsa. You can make it look pretty if you're having a little party. Okay so just like get some cilantro. So cute. And like a little lime right? Get it. Let's get one of these. Oh my gosh. Ooh and the cheese is so melty. It's like little crusty, crunchy. Alright, just dip it right in. Give it a dunk. It's quesadilla party time. Let's try it. Oh, I'm bringing this to like every party.
