Macros per bowl: 299 calories, 37G protein, 8G carbs, 13G fat. Recipe makes 1 bowl Preheat your oven to 400°F. Spray oven safe glass bowl with nonstick cooking spray. Into the bowl add: 1 egg 1/4 cup egg whites 1/4 cup cottage cheese 1/4 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella 2 oz pre-cooked chopped ham Seasonings of choice (I used everything bagel and black pepper) Mix everything together and top with a slice of tomato bake for 35 minutes or until eggs are set and no longer jiggly. #ham #lowcarbdiet #ketobaking #eggs

- 1 cup water - 1 cup soy sauce - 1 cup brown sugar (I’m using swerve brown sugar) - 1 tsp garlic - 1 tsp onion powder - 1 tsp ginger - flanken style beef short ribs (or called grilling short ribs) Mix everything for the marinade in a pot and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Transfer to bowl and let cool. Add short ribs to bag with marinade and let sit in marinade overnight. Remove from marinade and grill 5-7 min on each side on medium high heat or until a nice crust has formed

Baked Feta Pasta Cre by @feelgoodfoodie INGREDIENTS 8 ounces cavatappi pasta or pasta of choice 2 pints cherry tomatoes 8 ounce block feta cheese ½ cup extra virgin olive oil ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper 2 garlic cloves minced ¼ cup packed chopped fresh basil plus more for serving INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the cherry tomatoes in an oven-safe baking dish. Pour the olive oil on top, and season with salt and pepper. Toss until well combined. 2.
