One of my go to quick lunch options for my 11 month old (would recommend this for 9+ months) You just need (makes 2 portions) 1/2 banana 1 egg 2 slices white sourdough (crusts removed) Sprinkle of cinnamon Knob of butter Fruit and Greek yoghurt to serve! Harper lovessss this one! Great protein from the egg and Greek yoghurt, fats from the egg yolk and butter and carbs from the sourdough banana and raspberries, your little ones will love this one!! Ingredients: 🍠2 cups mashed sweet potato 🍣 400g salmon baked or steamed or fried -1 cup finely chopped scallion 🥚2 eggs (can substitute with half a cup of oil and breadcrumbs) - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for firmer patties) ✨Direction: Mix everything and pan fry until thoroughly cooked. These will definitely be going into our freezer stash for a quick healthy snack or side dish for future meals! Let me know if you guys give it a try! Ingredients: 4 cauliflower florets 1 carrot 🥕 1 potato 🥔 1 cup of low-sodium shredded cheese 🧀 -Wash, cut and steam your cauliflower, potato and carrot -When ready mash in a bowl -Add shredded cheese -Mix -Form your tots -Brush or spray with preferred oil -Bake or airfry on 400 F for 15-20 min or until golden brown -Enjoy! 😊 Follow
