Scuba Diver Costume for teen Use 2 1-liter bottles, spray paint, tape together (and for decoration), attach string, yarn, etc. to top and bottom of bottle to secure and make it wearable. Use snorkeling gear to complete the outfit! (I used little decorative doggy bags taped together with electrical tape around my waist as my "tool belt", I saw another person use soft curlers also)
