Agua de Jamaica con Fresa Strawberry Hibiscus Tea | Mexican Beverage Recipe
Ingredients • 2 cups dry hibiscus flowers • 1 lb fresh strawberries • 3/4 cups sugar • About 10 cups of Water • 4 cups Ice • Extra sliced strawberries for garnish (optional) Instructions • Rinse your hibiscus flowers • Boil the flowers in 4 cups of water for 10 minutes with the lid on • Clean your strawberries and wash them. • Blend your strawberries with sugar and 2 cups of water. • Strain your strawberry mixture into a pitcher. • Add your ice and strain your hibiscus tea into the same pitcher. • Add another 4 cups of water. • Mix and taste for sweetness. • Serve over ice. Blend until smooth. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. 3. Serving: In a glass, add mango purée, ice, and chilled hibiscus tea. Stir well and enjoy!

Sparkling Hibiscus Juice, naturally sweetened 🌺🌺 . . Homemade Hibiscus Juice 8 cups water 2 cups dried hibiscus Skin from 1 pineapple (previously washed in water and vinegar) Fresh ginger (length of palm)- finely chopped or grated Boil ingredients for 20min, let cool and sit on your countertop overnight then strain. . . Peach syrup 5-6 peaches 2 cups water 1/2 cup honey Boil ingredient for 20min, then let cool for 30min and strain . . Combine hibiscus juice with peach syrup and optionally add brown sugar for added sweetness and top with sparkling water.
