Dooor Folding Doors

The folding door made its debut in the 50s, inspired by the ideas of various architects on modern housing: it is a furnishing accessory that can be used to open up, divide or screen off an indoor area according to the desired layout. The Dooor brand’s collection of folding doors maintains these unique functional features while broadening its aesthetic horizons, thanks to new printing techniques and the use of high-tech cladding materials.

Dooor @ Paris
Apartment in Paris In the heart of Paris, Atelier Cir chose a bilateral Dooor to create an elegant moving wall between the living room and hallway. With a visible track that blends harmoniously with the stucco and a magnet closure with iron bars, this solution meets the need to preserve volume and form without compromising the brightness of the rooms. With a simple gesture, the door opens and lets the light of the Ville Lumière flow through, while the undulating pattern of the white leatherette cladding blends perfectly with the parquet flooring, creating a sophisticated and fluid atmosphere.

Dooor - Milano Apartment
In this residential project designed for a young family, the Dooor folding door becomes a curtain that opens onto the living area. Silently separating the entrance corridor from the living room, it is positioned in total architectural continuity between the TV wall and the oak showcase: its wavy movement reveals its presence, while the neutral texture dialogues with the natural palette of the entire apartment.
