Ingredients: •2 tablespoons butter •2 tablespoons olive oil •16.5 oz container of cherry tomatoes •1 teaspoon salt and a good amount of pepper •red chili flakes (optional) •1 cup heavy cream •1/2 cup grated Parmesan •4 to 5 tablespoons pesto •1 lbs spaghetti or whatever noodles you like 1) Start cooking your noodles! 2) Heat up the butter and olive oil on medium or medium low heat. Add the cherry tomatoes, salt & pepper, and cook for about 10 minutes. Stir every 2-3 minutes (if it’s popping too much, turn the heat down). 2) Once tomatoes are cooked, turn the heat down to low, and add the heavy cream. Stir. Ingredients:
8 oz cooked pasta
3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
3 celery sticks, chopped
1/2 small red onion, chopped
1/3 c chopped green onions
1/2 tsp paprika
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Olive oil
dressing: 3 tablespoons of avocado oil mayo, 1/2 cup whole milk yogurt, and 2 tablespoons of honey mustard or Dijon mustard, though the exact amounts can be adjusted to taste.
Directions:
Cook the pasta in salted water, drain, and toss in olive oil. Chop the hard-boiled eggs and add them to the pasta bowl. Bacon Pea Pasta

8 oz Essential Everyday Farfalle Pasta (reserve 1/2 cup pasta cooking water)
6 oz Essential Everyday Hardwood Smoked Bacon
1 cup diced onion or shallots
1 can Essential Everyday Sweet Peas 
Salt and pepper to taste 
Essential Everyday Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste

Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water. 

Dice the bacon and add to a skillet over medium heat. Cook until crispy, then remove bacon from the pan with a slotted spoon.
