Exercises that combine mobility + strength >>>

This lying pendulum variation with a shoulder press is the ultimate single exercise. Not only are you relieving tension in pain in your lower back but you can literally FEEL your entire abdominal wall lit up as you swing to the side. A must try!! 

PRO TIPS:
+ drive supporting arm into ground to stabilize 
+ keep legs together 
+ lower back should remain on floor throughout movement 
+ gaze straight up
