The frameless curved glass at Lea Bridge Library creates a natural fluidity to the timber design. Using structural glass the glass walls were frameless and curved, minimising the division between inside and out. This is enhanced by the use of natural materials. Rhodes House structural glazed pavilion shortlisted for the AJ Architecture Awards 2024
Outstanding architecture by Stanton Williams- Rhodes House, a structural glazed pavilion to heritage Oxford University has been shortlisted for the AJ Architecture Awards 2024. The structural glass facades support a sweeping timber roof. The shortlisted AJ Architceture heritage project serves its community on the historic site as tranquil space for meetings and gatherings.
