The Best Breakfast Casserole - The Recipe Critic
Made my own breakfast casserole up tonight for dinner. It was the best! I took a bag of frozen shredded hasbrowns (30 oz I think) and mixed them with two cans of white sausage gravy and four cups of cheddar cheese. Spread into a 9x13 pan and then spread 2 cups of ham on top. Then mixed 12 eggs with two cans of evaporated milk and salt and pepper to taste. Once mixed poured on top and baked for 1 and 1/2 hours at 3:50 until set. Totally awesome!
