Just going to want to really put it in there and slad in it out and I'm just using this pre-cooked pulled pork. I've got this brand but you can get any brand that you possibly want. The next thing we're going to need is some nacho cheese sauce. Get any kind and we're just going to start pouring that right on top. It's so yummy and so delicious this recipe and what's about these nachos is you get such a crisp chip at the end. You won't believe it. Next we got some baked beans. Oh okay. These ones are with brown sugar and bacon. Oh yum. So we're going to have a real like savory and sweet situation going on. Cuz usually you would put the chips in first. Yeah you usually would but I think that this way it really gives you a much better flavor. Oh yes. Now we're going in with some jalapenos. Yeah have to have jalapenos and good nachos. It is a staple. And just really just grab as much as you want. I like a lot of spiciness. Now we've got some barbecue sauce. This is sweet baby Ray's. Are you just going to decorate that right on in? Oh that looks great. Oh. Wow. This is so good for like game day or like a family gathering. Perfect. Beautiful. Doesn't it look gorgeous? Next we take our tortilla chips and we're going to place those right on top. You don't want to mix anything together because again, this is an upside down nacho recipe. So, it's very unique in the way you're going to get it. Is take your full bag of chips and just place it right on top. We are going to pop it in the oven at 350 for like 10 minutes or until it looks like it's ready. Okay. So go over here. And just put them right on in. See how easy this recipe is, man? And it's delish. Alright, they're done. I ended up keeping them in for about 15 minutes, but you just keep an eye and you want to take them out when you start to see the cheese bubbling. Our chips look nice and crunchy which that's the whole point of this to keep your chips crunchy. Okay, so you just use a pan there. Yeah, so now I'm just taking a pan that fits right over my pot and I'm going to flip it over. Ready. Rip firmly. Yes. We don't want this to slip. Okay. Ready? Oh yeah. Oh wow. Oh my gosh. Alright. Alright. The moment of truth. Alright. And we're going to slowly take our pan off. Ah so that's why you have the paper. Yes. Make it easy. We line it with parchment paper. And now we just peel off the parchment paper. It. Now, we're not done yet. We're going to top it off with some sour cream and just put a few dollops. Alright, just dollop those on. We're going to take some shredded lettuce. Okay. And put that right on top too. Also some shredded cheese. Sprinkle that on top. And it's so quick and easy. We're going to top it off with some more jalapenos. Just to make them look a little fancy. Nice. And never get enough peppers. No you can't. We're just going to drizzle a little bit more barbecue sauce right on top. That way when we serve it it looks beautiful. Great. Perfect for game day. And then we can just go through and just kind of just give it a little tiny little mix just so we can let those chips fall down a little bit. Ah. Just like that. Look what a large amount it made. That's why it's so good for parties. I'm just going to pop a jalapeno on there too. Let's give them a try. So delicious. They're sweet and spicy all at the same time. It's just a quick and easy recipe that serves a whole lot of people and it's made in no time and it keeps your chips nice and crunchy the entire time. Upside down nachos.
