Take out and let dry for a few minutes. Add to a greased parchment paper baking tray Beat one egg and cover each bagel with egg wash using a fork or brush. Put the bagels in the oven for 30 mins at 375°F. Take out and let rest for 5-10 mins. Enjoy!!!"
